We specialise in transferring cine film to DVD and other digital media such as miniDV tape, AVI, Quicktime or MPEG2.
We can transfer your 16mm, Super 8 or Standard 8 on to DVD to watch, or to digital
tape or files for you to do your own editing. We digitally enhance your films to make
them more vibrant, clearer and brighter.
Film Formats. We can work with virtually all types of sound and silent cine film including 16mm, Standard 8 and Super 8 from the 1920's right up to the latest film projects done by students using Super 8 and 16mm.
Superior Quality. we use state-of-the-art equipment to digitally transfer the images to our editing suite. We then balance the colour & contrast levels and correct the speed.
Service. We offer a worldwide mail order service for customers who require a premium class film transfer to a digital format. Work is returned by Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery, Airsure is used for overseas customers. You are, of course welcome to visit us personally at our studios on the Surrey Sussex border near Gatwick Airport.
Who are we? Cine Conversions is part of Excelsior Films Ltd, a facilities company providing 8mm and 16mm film scanning services and many other film and video related services.
For high end transfer we also have Digibeta, Betacam SP, HDV, DVCAM, AVI and QT facilities.
We are based on the Manor Royal Business Estate in Crawley Sussex, minutes from junction 10 of the M23 and close to Three Bridges station on the London to Brighton mainline. Gatwick Airport is also nearby.|
